Cell Leader: FMCG Production & People Development

Barfoots of Botley is recruiting a Cell Leader to manage a production cell within a factory area. You will lead a team, drive safety improvements, ensure training, and support continuous improvement. The role requires strong communication and the ability to manage processes in a fast-paced environment.

The position operates 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts in a temperature controlled environment (3-5ºC). You will work closely with staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
