Cell Leader - High-Impact FMCG Production & Kaizen

Unilever is seeking a Cell Leader for the Crumlin Pot Noodle factory to strengthen the production team. You will lead the cell, drive R2S, and push continuous improvements while coordinating with engineers and core factory functions to achieve OEE targets.

You will own loss elimination, manage safety and quality, and champion Lean tools on a high-volume FMCG line. The role requires strong communication and change leadership on the shop floor.
