Celfocus OM+: An end to end Celfocus Order Management implementation with focus on

1. OM+ Configuration & Customization

• Configure TO2F (TELCO Order2Fulfill) components for order validation, sequencing, and orchestration.
• Design decomposition rules to split high-level product orders into technical fulfillment tasks.
• Implement automation rules (auto-complete, auto-fail, point of no return).

2. Integration & Data Flow

• Collaborate with integration teams to connect OM+ with:
• CRM systems, Network Provisioning Systems, Site tracker, Inventory etc.
• Ensure API-first integration via ESB or API Gateway (MuleSoft, WSO2, Apigee).
