Role Summary

The ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model) Expert within the Center of Excellence and Innovation (COEI) team is responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of the CSDM framework within the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures that the CSDM aligns with enterprise architecture, business goals, and platform best practices, while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Tasks:
- CSDM Framework Design & Implementation
- Lead the design and implementation of the CSDM framework across the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure alignment of the CSDM with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
- Define and maintain CSDM standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Data Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CSDM framework.
- Conduct data quality assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other architects to ensure cohesive and sustainable solutions.
- Mentorship & Enablement
- Mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, reusable assets, and architectural frameworks.

Skills
- Proven experience as a CSDM Expert or Senior Developer on the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep understanding of the CSDM framework, data model, and integration capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules and custom application development.
- Strong knowledge of Scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Drive Value with CSDM, CMDB, and Service Graph
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules.
- Experience working in a COE or innovation-focused team.
- Exposure to AI/ML, RPA, or low-code/no-code development within ServiceNow.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks
