CDP Integration Project Manager (Freelance - Remote)
Duration: 20 weeks (July 21 - December 5, 2025)

For one of our key FMCH/Pharma clients we're looking for a hands-on Customer Data Platform (CDP) Project Manager to co-lead the implementation of BlueConic for a major healthcare client. You'll be collaborating with the vendor PM and acting as the internal lead for all project delivery, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on BlueConic/CDP strategy, capabilities, and implementation
• Collaborate with internal Digital Data, Marketing, and Martech teams to ensure CDP use cases and integrations meet business needs
• Draft, manage, and maintain all project documentation (timelines, risk logs, status reports), functional documentation (requirements, use cases), and technical documentation (charter, test plans, UAT sign-off, architecture, data flows, integration specs)
• Provide functional and technical guidance on CDP best practices, architecture, and data flows
• Support testing, validation, and integration efforts

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in digital data or marketing tech project management
• Proven experience with BlueConic or similar CDPs (Segment, Tealium, Salesforce CDP)
• Strong understanding of CDP architecture, data integration, and identity resolution
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Background in FMCG/FMCH or Pharma is a strong plus

Start Date: July 21, 2025
Contract End: December 5, 2025 (extension possible)
