You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

• Build and implement the European logistic network and transportation mid-term strategy
• Guarantee Logistics capacities match with Sephora Europe growth
• Ensure BCP consistency and viability
• Coordinate cost savings and continuous improvement plans, animate the logistics community and partners
• Support key logistics projects: Network Design, RFP, extension, move,
• Standardize logistics processes, documentation and contracts
• Implement best practices sharing and animate the EU logistic community, contribute to elevate logistics competences in EU
• Own the EU relationships with our key partners and elevates partnerships
• Guide the CSR program for Supply Chain in Europe

Do not hesitate to apply if you have or if you are

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Logistics operations preferably at a regional level
• Team leadership experience
• Ability to drive a team towards decisions in an environment with high levels of complexity and high number of decision's influencers
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team player, DE&I oriented, Business minded and results-oriented
