CDD Design SME - Financial Crime & Compliance

Barclays - BX - UK is seeking a CDD Design SME to provide deep Financial Crime subject matter expertise across the end-to-end CDD lifecycle. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical design solutions and work with Compliance, legal and risk teams globally to strengthen control effectiveness.

You will lead complex investigations, influence policy and drive measurable risk reduction while ensuring alignment with Barclays values and standards.
