CCTV & Alarm Support Operator - 4-on 4-off Shifts

Envision Intelligent Solutions, a Johnson Controls company, is seeking a Customer Support Operator for a full-time, permanent role based in Craigavon. You will work on a 12-hour day and night shifts in a 4 days on, 4 days off rota, within Silverwood Business Park, BT66 6SY.

Role involves monitoring CCTV/alarms, handling intercoms and calls, and supporting the Control Room team with accurate reporting and dispatch coordination.
