MRA Search, in partnership with Conyers, seeks a Banking & Finance Associate to join its offshore practice in the Cayman Islands. The role involves advising banks, funds and borrowers on complex finance transactions, with exposure to multi jurisdictional matters and cross office collaboration.

Qualified candidates have 5-7 years PQE, strong drafting skills, and Cayman Islands Bar eligibility or waiver. Relocation to the Cayman Islands is required and a high calibre practice environment awaits.
