Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full time Catering Team Leader to join our team based at Dorking Hospital.

Hours of Work will be:

Full time, 37.5 hours - Permanent role
Working pattern Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm, with occasional weekend work required.
Pay - £14.06 per hour / £27,486 per annum
Training will be provided
DBS Required
A full UK driving licence is required for this role, as a company van will be provided. Your base location will be Dorking Hospital, however, you will also be required to cover Caterham Dene Hospital and Molesey Hospital as part of your duties.

About the role:

This role is responsible for the provision of a food and beverage service with supervisory responsibility, in accordance with health, safety and food hygiene requirements, Patient Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) and NHS Property Services policies and procedures, at the prescribed times, through the provision of supervision and support to the catering team.

To be considered for this role you will have:

Advanced food hygiene certificate
Health and Safety qualification.
Advanced food hygiene processes; City & Guilds; NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
