Catering Supervisor: Lead Kitchen & Service Team

Chartwells Independent is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who can oversee Compass Group UK&I catering operations on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week, contracted to 44 weeks per year.

You will manage kitchens and service counters, drive food quality and customer service, train teams, and monitor KPIs while upholding Health & Safety standards. This role offers progression within a supportive company culture.
