Job Description
East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead the retail catering for staff, patients and visitors at The Lister Hospital, Stevenage. You will work with the Food Production Team to deliver a high quality, cost effective service.
As Catering Supervisor you will supervise staff, coordinate with the Food Production Manager to maintain staffing levels, ensure compliance with Food Safety Management System, HACCP and COSHH, and help deliver flexible working
