Duties and Responsibilities

• Work in line with the Fierte food expectations providing fresh nutritious food
• Promote and encourage healthy food choices
• Nurture and support individual children's needs with special dietary requirements
• Maintain high levels of hygiene
• Undertake statutory training
• Complete all paperwork to comply with legislation
• Work within school budget
• Be committed to safeguarding ensuring the welfare of all children in our care

Qualifications

• Hold a catering qualification
• Be a good communicator
• Hold a current hygiene certificate
• Have some level of previous catering experience
• Work well under pressure
• Have a friendly and approachable manner
• Be able to work upon their own initiative
