Step right up and join us for the 2026/27 football season as a Bartender, Beer Pourer or Catering Assistant in our buzzing food and drink outlets at Stadium!

You'll be right in the thick of the action - pouring pints, serving snacks, and keeping spirits high - with shifts typically 4-5 hours long. And once you're in, the opportunities open up to progress to Team Leader, or to work across Cardiff City and other exciting venues across the UK!

What You'll Get Up To:

• Serve up sizzling bites, refreshing drinks, and classic matchday favourites
• Keep queues moving and customers smiling with speedy service
• Set up and pack down your kiosk like a pro
• Operate electronic tills (iPads) with confidence
• Help guests, upsell treats, and handle every request with a friendly face
• Flag any issues to your unit manager before they become full-time dramas

What We're Looking For:

• Catering Assistants & Bar Staff (18+) with pint-pulling prowess
• Experience in bar, food service or customer care is a bonus
• A calm and collected approach during busy rushes
• A confident, can-do attitude with a big dash of enthusiasm
• Solid organisational skills and a reliable way to get to the stadium
• A natural team player with a warm and welcoming personality
