Catering Shift Lead - Visitor Centre

Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust is looking for a Visitor Centre Shift Leader to supervise and motivate a catering team at the Idle Valley Nature Centre. The role involves ensuring high levels of customer service and maintaining food hygiene standards in a busy environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in catering, knowledge of food hygiene legislation, and the ability to work independently. The position is part-time (22.5 hours a week) with a salary of £15,297 per annum.
