Catering Manager to join our team in Dublin.

Location: Dublin D02 K330

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pm

Rate of Pay: €45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities Client & Experience

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders onsite
• Deliver a premium, visually engaging catering experience aligned to brand expectations
• Lead on event planning and execution across all hospitality

Food & Innovation

• Drive creative menu development and seasonal activations
• Maintain high standards of presentation and food quality
• Collaborate with culinary teams on new concepts

Operations

• Oversee day-to-day catering and hospitality operations
• Ensure smooth delivery of all events and services
• Manage staffing and scheduling

Financial

• Manage budgets, GP% and labour targets
• Monitor sales, cost control and waste
• Deliver against financial targets

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop onsite catering teams
• Maintain high standards of service and engagement
