Academics are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join a busy catering team in the Strood area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and passionate about food service to step into a rewarding role.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily running of the kitchen and catering service.
• Managing and supporting catering staff.
• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance.
• Ordering stock and managing budgets effectively.
• Delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
• Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one.
• Up to date Safeguarding training.
• Ability to start immediately.
