Catering Manager

AramarkUKare currently recruiting an experienced Catering Managerto join our team working atThe Isle of Wight College, PO30 5TA.

Responsible for the overall catering operation, with a strong focus on front-of-house management, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the overall kitchen operation
• To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
• Follow recipes and prepare food for service
• Deliver first class food throughout service
• Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials
• Deliver first class food throughout service
• Manage all associated administration

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role working in a hospitality environment
• Experience leading a team
