Hours: 18 hours per week, 36 weeks per year

Salary: £10,533 per annum, plus generous benefits including an Occupational Pension Scheme

The post is for 36 full weeks per year, commencing the first week of September. Working days are Monday to Friday. Usual hours are 11:00 2:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and 10:30 2:30 pm on Wednesdays; flexibility is required.

About the role: We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join the College's busy commercial catering outlets. The role involves serving customers, operating the till, preparing food, replenishing stock, and ensuring equipment and premises are cleaned to a high standard. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a busy environment and as part of a team.

About the person: Highly reliable, a great team player with a positive can do attitude and a flexible approach to work. Experience of food preparation and working in a catering environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Passion for delivering friendly and efficient customer service is required. Full uniform is provided.
