Job Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to students and college staff following prescribed methods of portioning,presentationand combinations in line with company brand standards and following procedure to answer questions about the products
• Perform food preparation as directed by Kitchen Manager and in line with Aramark brand standards
• Take payments.
• Restock goods and ensureappropriate displaysof merchandise.
• Clean back of house areas.
• Clean and tidy counters and light equipment
• Report to linemanagerany feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages,faultsor hazardsidentifiedduring the workday.
• Perform daily paperwork that is assigned.
• Keeps diligent records asrequired
• Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
• Undertake relevant training as required

Key Requirements

• Previousexperience in fast paced catering environmentrequired, with experience working to timelines
