Job Description

As a Category Sourcing Expert, you will be responsible for executing sourcing strategies to leverage relationships across the enterprise to achieve the best total value. Your role will involve managing the seven steps of the sourcing process, including Spend Analysis, Market Research, Supplier Due Diligence, Sourcing Strategy, RFx Management, Bid Analysis, Contract Management, and Supplier Performance Management. You will also negotiate commercial terms for new agreements and renewals, guide internal business partners through the supplier selection process, and work cross-functionally to document requirements, build RFPs, and identify savings opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial terms for new agreements and renewals, including Master Licence agreements, Cloud agreements, SOWs, and Order Forms.
• Guide internal business partners through the supplier selection process.
• Document requirements, build RFPs, conduct negotiations for renewals or new agreements, and identify savings opportunities.
• Handle the sourcing process to ensure alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to develop requirements and reach consensus on commercial approaches.
• Work closely with Legal counsel, Contract Manager, Tax, and other experts to establish new or renewed agreements.
• Perform analyses of financial and business data related to sourcing operations and capability assessments.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and core competencies using industry cost models.
• Develop, manage, and lead cross-functional teams in strategic sourcing processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance supervision.
• Lead negotiations on contract terms with suppliers at Senior Management level and execute contracts in liaison with the Legal and Contract Management Team.
• Execute supplier relationship management activities for key assigned suppliers within the assigned categories.
• Develop and manage multiple projects and expectations with internal stakeholders to negotiate the best possible contracts.

• experience in Ariba, SAP, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite applications
