We are looking for a Category Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's success by driving category growth, optimizing pack architecture, and strengthening relationships with retail partners and distributors in the international team. This role involves analysing market trends, developing category strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize performance and market share within strategically important markets.

What You Will Do
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the international category strategy in collaboration with the Head of Category.

  • Create and update regular reports reviewing category, brand and competitor performance; connect multiple insights to develop compelling sell-in stories for new category opportunities.

  • Share actionable insights with the Sales, Product & Marketing teams to ensure they are armed with relevant category insights and recommendations for growth opportunities, via visual content creation.

  • Build relationships with key data providers (e.g., Nielsen) to maximise value from data in each market.

  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to support the objective of growing Grenade's sales.

  • Access shared consumer, shopper and market insight through Mondelez global teams.

  • Continuously look for trends and opportunities to add value and create category improvements with data and insights.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in the FMCG sector.

  • Up-to-date understanding of Nielsen IQ platform.

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables).

  • Power BI skills.

Conditions & Travel

International travel may be required, but this will be small (less than 5%). Relocation support may be available.
