Casualty Claims Litigator (EL/PL)

Weightmans is seeking a Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to work independently on their own caseload and alongside senior case handlers within the Casualty team. The role focuses on defending claims involving public liability and employers' liability, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

You will manage a high volume of documents, develop client relationships, and contribute to the team's progression initiatives while adapting to changing tasks and priorities.
