Join the 'Greatest Story in Hospitality' by becoming one of our Casual Senior Sous Chef 'Hospitality Heroes' based at our Celtic Manor Resort. This role involves leading a kitchen team, managing menu costing and maintaining HACCP standards to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive senior kitchen experience in 4/5 star settings, including Rosette exposure, and be able to drive cost control while mentoring a team.
