What will you do?
  • Lead the team by example with a hands-on approach.
  • Oversee day-to-day bar and restaurant management.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations.
  • Train and develop team members.Monitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions.
More about you
  • Previous experience in managing a bar.
  • Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements.
  • Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols.
  • Experience with HACCP requirements.
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate.
Physical requirements
  • Previous experience in managing a bar or restaurant.
  • Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements.
  • Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols.
  • Knowledge of HACCP requirements.
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate.
  • Able to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
