Casual Receptionist

Porsche Centre Bolton has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Casual Receptionist.

This is a flexible, ad-hoc position ideal for someone who is not seeking a regular working pattern, but is available to provide cover at short notice, including for staff sickness and holiday periods.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering a professional, welcoming and premium experience that reflects the Porsche brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Managing customer enquiries and supporting the wider team
• Maintaining a tidy and presentable showroom
• Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

About You

• Friendly, confident and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable, flexible and able to respond to short-notice cover requests
• Well-presented with a professional manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
