Job Description

Do you love talking to people and consider yourself welcoming yet efficient? We're looking for engaging people with good problem solving skills that can deliver excellent service that our guests will love. Previous hotel reception experience is a must, and ideally you will be comfortable with multitasking through a busy shift, addressing a variety of guest needs and wants.

Our guests stay 7 days a week, so we need someone who is available to work a variety of shifts which may include the odd overnight shift (to cover holidays, sickness, etc).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Manage all guest requests in a helpful and professional manner.
  • Contribute fairly to the team's workload on each shift to ensure seamless service for each guest.
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel receptionist experience in a hotel environment using Opera CLOUD.
  • Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills.
  • Confidence, professionalism and an engaging personality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for the industry.

The Copthorne Hotel Plymouth is located in the heart of the bustling city centre and provides glorious views over Britain's "Ocean City". The hotel offers 135 guest rooms, ranging from Standard, Club and Deluxe.
