Casual Postural Stability Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence based exercise programmes designed to improve balance, strength, mobility and confidence in older adults and individuals at risk of falls in Oldham and surrounding areas.
• Help participants maintain independence, improve functional ability and enhance their overall quality of life through safe and effective exercise sessions.
• Teach 8-12 falls prevention classes in Oldham and the surrounding area.

Qualifications

• Qualified with an L4 Postural Stability Instructor qualification.
• First aid certificate.
• Valid DBS check.

Compensation and Hours

• Pay rate: £24.21 per hour.
• Various casual hours available.
• Free facility membership.
