The Person- Previous experience in a receptionist or front of house role (hotel experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Confident communicator
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task
- Confident using booking systems and Microsoft Office platforms
- To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
- Welcome and check in late arrivals with warmth and efficiency.
- Handle guest enquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Complete nightly audit procedures and prepare reports for management.
