What you'll do

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately during busy matchday periods
• Operate tills and card payment systems efficiently
• Check identification and follow Challenge 25/licensing regulations
• Maintain excellent customer service while handling large crowds
• Prepare and restock bar areas, fridges, glassware, and supplies before, during, and after events
• Keep the bar and surrounding service areas clean, organised, and hygienic at all times
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times
• Follow all health and safety, food hygiene, and stadium security procedures
• Monitor customer behaviour and report any incidents, intoxication, or safety concerns to supervisors or security staff
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock checks and cleaning tasks
• Adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism
• Provide friendly and welcoming service to enhance the overall matchday experience for guests and supporters

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
• Comfortable handling large crowds and busy service periods
• Able to follow instructions and comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Previous bar, hospitality, catering, or customer service experience preferred but not essential
• Confident operating tills and handling transactions
• Willingness to learn and support colleagues across different areas of the venue
