Lifeguard - Casual - Trinity Sports and Leisure

The Lifeguard will ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly, clean and safe facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the swimming facility.
• Monitor and supervise swimmers at all times.
• Enforce safety rules and respond to incidents.
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate.

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS check.
• First Aid at Work (desirable).
• Ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
• Ability to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers.
• Ability to swim competently (additional coaching available if required).

Hours

Casual hours, as and when required.
