OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE

• A Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ or equivalent) - essential
• Previous experience in a leisure, pool, or customer-facing role
• A friendly, approachable nature with excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
• A proactive approach to safety, cleanliness and guest care

IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL

• Provide swimming pool cover and lifeguarding duties as required
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests within leisure areas
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all leisure facilities, including pool, reception and changing areas
• Support reception duties when required
• Assist with the opening and closing of the leisure facilities
• Take responsibility for equipment, materials and facilities used within the department
• Ensure all lost property is logged and handed to the appropriate department
• Deliver a friendly, professional and welcoming service at all times
