Casual Hospitality Supervisor

What will you be doing?

Lead a hospitality suite or area on match days, ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience. Supervise the Food & Beverage team, coordinate service to the highest standards, provide clear pre service briefings, ensure every guest receives a warm corporate welcome, coach and support your team, drive continuous improvement, maintain high performance, handle staffing and guest issues, ensure compliance with all policies and health & safety standards, and delegate tasks effectively to maintain quality throughout.

• Good commercial awareness and a drive to achieve results.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with the stamina to handle match day demands.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
