Job Summary

As a Guest Service Agent, you will serve in the Front Office & Food & Beverage departments, providing services for guests from check-in through check-out and assisting with breakfast/bar and restaurant duties. You will influence first impressions and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in/out and audit procedures as required.
• Keep the Guest Service Supervisor fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests or other departments.
• Take and deliver food and drink orders, demonstrating exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and other product knowledge needed to perform daily duties.
• Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Use correct procedures for acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash in accordance with hotel credit policy.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
• Follow company brand standards.
