We are seeking an experienced Casual Function Chef to support our kitchen team across weddings, events, and private functions.

This role requires a chef with a strong background in high-end hospitality, maintaining 5-star standards and a minimum 2 AA Rosette level of cooking.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a 2 AA Rosette (or above) kitchen
• Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality food under pressure
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Flexible and reliable with a professional attitude
• Weekend availability is essential
