Title: Casual Flag Bearer

Reports to: Matchday Entertainment Team

Location: Vitality Stadium and other AFC Bournemouth Locations or events

Key Responsibilities

• Take part in matchday build up and in-game entertainment as a flag bearer.
• Attend matches on rotation as part of our matchday entertainment support team.
• You may also be invited to work club events outside of matchday.
• If you have seen these flags, you will be aware that these are pretty sizable and therefore please take into account that this activity is fairly physically demanding.
• As a casual staff member, you must adhere to the club's safeguarding policies and procedures and are committed to our safeguarding values, creating a safe and positive environment for all those who interact with the club.
• Obligation to adhere to the club's health and safety policy and procedures.
• Actively promote the club's equality policies and practices to ensure a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.

Matchday Timings

Arrive 30 minutes prior to kick-off to meet a member of the matchday entertainment team.

Commence active role in the build-up to kick-off.

You may be required to take part in activities before, during and after the regular slot, to aid other entertainment assets.
