Global MNC Tech is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Event Staff & Banquet Servers to support our premium corporate events, conferences, and hospitality functions. This is a weekend-only role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and being part of high-profile events.

As a Casual Event Staff & Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing professional food and beverage service, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and ensuring guests receive outstanding hospitality throughout each event.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests at corporate events, banquets, and private functions.
  • Set up event spaces including tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glassware, and décor as per event requirements.
  • Greet guests professionally and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Serve meals, drinks, and refreshments in line with service standards and hygiene protocols.
  • Clear tables, replace tableware, and maintain cleanliness during events.
  • Assist in post-event cleanup and storage of equipment.
  • Coordinate with event managers, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Follow health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines at all times.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues politely and efficiently.

  • Weekends only (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Shift-based work depending on event schedules (typically 4 to 10 hours per shift).
  • Day and evening shifts available.
