Casual Chef

BH Live is recruiting for Casual Chef to join our team, you will work across two sites which also includes a large outside catering area on the Terrace of Bournemouth Pavilion.

Assist the Head Chef with the responsibility for the efficient and effective running of the kitchen.

Prepare, produce and present food in line with menus and BH Live Hospitality standards.

Ensure all finished food products are labelled with the appropriate destination/service area and ready for distribution at the time requested

Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate

NVQ Level 3 food preparation/City & Guilds catering qualification or a combination of qualification and experience

Experience of event catering, large number banqueting (500+)

Previous relevant experience as a Chef in a similar type of operation
