About you as a Casual Bartender

• Ready to start ASAP!
• Personality, style and charm are key for The Dandy Bar
• Passion and experience in mixology and cocktail creativity
• Previous bar experience is required
• Power to use your knowledge and charm to upsel
• Multi-tasker and proactive by nature

Key responsibilities of the Casual Bartender role

• Make creative, tasty cocktails with ease and speed
• Carry out cleaning of bar area and equipment on a regular basis
• Be confident in taking orders for spirits, wine, beer, soft drinks etc, taking every opportunity to maximise sales in a discreet and professional manner
• Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently
• Work well as part of a team and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
