Castle Hotel Operations Manager Deputy GM

Iconic Castle Hotel Venue in Co. Cavan is seeking an Operations Manager as the General Manager's second in command to drive day-to-day commercial and operational performance for a landmark weddings, banqueting and events venue.

You'll own F&B and banqueting operations from planning through to flawless execution, manage GP% and costs across outlets, lead large multi-department teams, and deputise with full authority when required.
