Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Finish investment castings to precise standards as per instructions.
- Read, interpret, and strictly follow detailed work instructions.
- Inspect all castings for defects.
- Use precision tools to handle and re-work castings.
- Ensure proper use of equipment to prevent injury or damage to castings.
- Maintain a fast paced workflow to meet production targets while upholding quality standard.
- Record production data and report issues or deviations to the shift leader promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Good attention to details and focus on producing high quality work.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and process documentation.
- High level of manual dexterity and steady hands with proven ability to perform precise manual tasks.
- Experience using hand tools for detailed work such as belt and hand grinders (Pneumatic).
- Comfortable working with hot materials and adhering to strict safety procedures.
- Basic understanding of equipment care and appreciation for working with high value equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work on small and large products depending on customer demand.
