Carlisle: Early Careers Talent Acquisition Lead

Armstrong Watson LLP in Carlisle is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Early Careers, including trainees, graduates, work experience placements and internships, liaising with education providers and internal service lines.

The role focuses on delivering an exemplary internal recruitment service, coordinating assessment centres, and maintaining candidate data in our ATS.
