Temporary Caretaker

Reed Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Caretaker to join a busy site. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with maintenance, facilities, grounds keeping, or caretakers experience

Hours of work: 8.30-4.30pm Monday to Friday

Key Duties:

• Opening and securing buildings and grounds
• Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
• Setting up rooms and facilities for events and activities
• Receiving and moving deliveries, furniture, and equipment
• Maintaining outdoor areas, including litter collection and general upkeep
• Monitoring site safety and reporting any issues
• Assisting with general site and facilities duties as required

What we're looking for:

• Previous caretaking, maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Awareness of health and safety procedures
