Kendal College is looking for an enthusiastic Careers Lead to champion and shape our careers programme, ensuring every learner has the knowledge, skills, confidence and connections they need to take their next step.

You will work across the College and build strong relationships with employers, universities, curriculum teams and external partners to create exciting opportunities and meaningful pathways into employment, apprenticeships, higher education and further study.
