Sutton College is seeking a Skills & Engagement Service Coach to deliver impartial information, advice and guidance to residents, helping them identify goals and overcome barriers. You will develop tailored action plans and provide ongoing support to build confidence and readiness for work or training.

You will proactively engage with local employers and organisations to build relationships that connect participants with vacancies, work experience and vocational training opportunities.
