Flexy Support is a people-first care agency providing high-quality, reliable support across residential, supported living, and community settings. We are currently recruiting full-time Care Workers to join the team in Cornwall.

The Role

As a full-time Care Worker with Flexy Support, you will provide consistent, person-centred care, supporting individuals to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. This role offers regular hours, stability, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support.

Requirements

• FULL UK DRIVING LICENCES REQUIRED
• MOTOR VEHICLE REQUIRED
• NO SPONSORSHIP - will accept 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with personal care and daily routines
• Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
• Completing accurate care notes and reporting concerns
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and on-site teams
