Flexy Support is a people first care agency providing high quality, reliable support across residential, supported living, and community settings. We are currently recruiting full time Care Workers to join the team in Cornwall.

The Role

As a full time Care Worker with Flexy Support, you will provide consistent, person centred care, supporting individuals to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. This role offers regular hours, stability, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with personal care and daily routines
• Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
• Completing accurate care notes and reporting concerns
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and on site teams

Requirements

• FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED
• MOTOR VEHICLE REQUIRED
• NO SPONSORSHIP - will accept 20 hours per week
