Care Team Leader - Winslow Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
• At least two years' experience working in a social care environment
• Qualified to at least QCF level 2
• Available to work 42 hours per week, including night shifts
• This role may include working alternate weekends

Day in the Life of a Care Team Leader

• Provide companionship, support, communication and engagement with residents
• Assist with personal care including wash, bath or shower, dressing and oral care
• Promote mobility to enable residents to live as independently as possible
• Plan and participate in social activities and trips in collaboration with the Activities Coordinator and care home management
• Support and oversee medication administration, maintaining appropriate documentation
• Ensure all documentation relevant to service users is accurate and up-to-date
• Collaborate with other health & social care professionals to offer comprehensive support
• Hold line manager responsibilities for care assistants and, in the absence of the Deputy and Registered Manager, hold responsibility for the home
