Job Description
Care Team Leader - Nights

Salary: £15.45 per hour plus rate enhancement on certain shifts.

Location: (Home location)

Your Role
  • Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
  • Work together as a team to enrich residents' lives and support colleagues
  • Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
  • Make leisure and social activities part of every day
  • Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
Qualifications
  • Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent desirable)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
  • Team player who values collaboration
  • Kindness and genuine interest in older people
  • Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
