Job Description

Lifeways is seeking a Care Team Leader to support the Service Manager in Peterlee. The role focuses on leading a team of Support Workers to deliver high quality, person centred care and to support recruitment and staff development. A NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.
